Descriptions of E-Board roles and duties are outlined, emphasizing their responsibilities.

Director Officer: 2x

In the position of Director Officer, you will lead and manage the team, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Your duties involve planning quarterly goals for both the organization and team members, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new members. Providing skills training to all board members and actively participating in team member development and workshops will be central to your role. Additionally, you will set and refine policies and procedures to enhance the overall productivity of the organization. (fuse in the roles of a secretary)

Grant Manager: 1x

As the Grant Manager, you will oversee the entire grant lifecycle, starting from researching potential grants to the application process and preparing after-action reports when necessary. Your duties involve creating and nurturing relationships with funders, donors, and sponsors, with a continuous focus on securing sponsorships for programs and upcoming events. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing the organization's budget and obtaining budget approvals.

Program Director: 1x

As the Program Director, your primary responsibilities include spearheading the planning process for programs and events. You will be responsible for drafting comprehensive event and program proposals for the team, outlining goals, significance, and anticipated impact. Identifying program goals, tasks, and timelines, as well as managing potential risks associated with programs and events, are crucial components of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team on quarterly after-action reviews and improvement plans, while also creating budget proposals for events that require approval from the Grant Manager.

Marketing Manager: 2x

In the role of Marketing Manager, your responsibilities encompass utilizing various communication channels, such as email, social media, word of mouth, and tabling, to launch programs and events successfully. You will be tasked with creating compelling content and visually appealing flyers for events and other organizational needs. Publishing content and flyers on multiple organizational platforms and managing those platforms will also fall under your purview. Continuously devising and implementing marketing tactics to enhance the nonprofit platforms and boost traffic and user engagement are vital aspects of your role.

Community Service Coordinator: 1x

As the Community Service Coordinator, your responsibilities include recruiting and managing the PIF Volunteer Pool, serving as the primary point of contact for volunteers. You will be tasked with drafting and developing contracts for both volunteers and volunteer sites. Additionally, you will coordinate with volunteers for community events and opportunities, fostering relationships with volunteer sites, PIF Members, the Volunteer team, and the wider community. Your role involves maintaining connections with community members and disseminating information about available opportunities and events. Furthermore, you will focus on building strong relations between the organization and the community, while also keeping detailed records of community members and volunteers to enhance our internal database.
